Do I need a VPN to use ReflexSat?

ReflexSat is a secure service and generally does not require a VPN. However, if your ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocks IPTV traffic (common in the UK during Premier League), we recommend using a VPN like Surfshark or NordVPN to avoid blocks.

What internet speed do I need?

For SD content, 10 Mbps is sufficient. For HD content, we recommend 20 Mbps. For 4K/UHD content, you should have a stable connection of at least 40 Mbps to prevent buffering.

Can I use one subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, you can install your account on as many devices as you want. However, a standard single subscription allows for 1 active stream at a time. If you try to watch on two TVs simultaneously, one will stop. Contact us for multi-room discounts.
