Terms of Service

1. General Terms

By subscribing to ReflexSat, you agree that you are over 18 years of age. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

2. Subscription & Usage

Your subscription allows for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing your account credentials publicly or reselling the stream without permission will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund.

3. Content Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, channel lineups are subject to change without notice. We do not own the content broadcasted; we act as a technical facilitator between the stream host and the end-user.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for technical issues that our support team cannot resolve. Refunds are not issued for:
- Slow internet speed on the customer's end.
- Mistake purchases after the account has been activated.
- Channel lineup changes.
